Orders are checked and packed before dispatch. Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment.

PACKAGING

Products are shipped inside protective RCVD packaging. Where a product does not include its original retail box, this is stated clearly on the product page.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted in accordance with our applicable return policy and consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original product tags attached.

To request a return, contact RCVD with your order details before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
